If a required cost is unknown, Seller Hub must show missing or unavailable profit. A genuine zero is shown only when source evidence confirms zero.
Investigate the order
- Open the order detail and its cost or provenance breakdown.
- Identify the component marked missing, estimated, stale, or unmatched.
- Check that the correct sales-channel and cost-source connections belong to the active store.
- Refresh only the source that exposes a supported refresh action.
- Add a supported manual cost when the source cannot provide defensible evidence.
- Return to the order and confirm the source state and financial result changed.
