Controller
Seller Hub is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Seller Hub is built for merchants who need verified profit visibility across Shopify revenue and print-on-demand fulfillment costs.
Data we collect
During early access, we collect submitted email addresses for launch updates. When a merchant uses the product, Seller Hub may process account details, connected Shopify order data, product data, fulfillment-cost data from Printify, billing records, support messages, audit logs, and operational diagnostics needed to run the service.
How we use data
We use merchant and provider data to provide the Seller Hub service, reconcile revenue and costs, show profit visibility, operate billing and support, secure the product, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell submitted early-access emails or merchant data.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet tax/accounting obligations, preserve security audit records, resolve support requests, and comply with legal requirements. Some financial records may need to be retained after account closure where law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal data. You can also object to direct marketing and withdraw consent where consent is the processing basis.
