Provider records entering the canonical Seller Hub data model

Seller Hub reconciles provider records into canonical orders and products. The exact evidence varies by provider and may include provider IDs, platform references, store bindings, line-item identities, and other source-backed links.

  • A connection must belong to the same workspace and active store as the record it contributes.
  • A candidate link is not the same as a verified canonical identity.
  • Ambiguous or incomplete evidence remains visible for review.
  • Seller Hub does not promise one fixed date window, title comparison, or percentage threshold for every provider.
  1. Open Data Health or the affected order.
  2. Inspect the linked source records and their identities.
  3. Resolve the named store, product, variant, or provider-reference conflict.
  4. Re-run the supported reconciliation action and verify the resulting provenance.
