Seller Hub is designed to reconcile orders from any supported sales channel. Shopify is a current reference path, not a product prerequisite. The Integrations directory is the source of truth for what your workspace can connect now.

Before you connect

  • Confirm the card is enabled for your workspace. A visible but disabled card is not a usable connection.
  • Read the requested access and the data the connection will power.
  • Use the provider's OAuth consent screen when available. Use a credential only when that provider has no supported OAuth path.
  • Never send an API key, password, or secret in a support ticket.

Connect the source

  1. Open Settings > Integrations.
  2. Choose an enabled sales-channel card.
  3. Review the Seller Hub and provider identities, requested access, and data-handling summary.
  4. Complete the provider consent or validated credential flow.
  5. Wait for the connection card to show its actual state, then continue to the first import.
Availability is not certification

A source may be enabled for an assisted pilot before it has certified-live evidence. Seller Hub keeps that distinction visible; setup success alone does not prove fresh orders, webhooks, or complete financial coverage.
