Outbound Seller Hub webhooks are not part of the public self-serve contract unless explicitly published. A review does not prove that an event, payload, retry schedule, or delivery guarantee already exists.

No invented event names
Use only the event and payload contract supplied after approval. Provider webhooks received by Seller Hub are a separate integration concern.
