Find subscription and order invoices
Distinguish billing-provider invoices from order-level PDF exports.

- Subscription invoice
- A billing-provider document available through Settings > Billing when the account exposes the portal or invoice action.
- Order invoice PDF
- A supported export for one order. It is not Seller Hub's own subscription invoice.
- Supplier invoice
- A source document used for supplier-cost allocation where that workflow is enabled.
The billing provider controls subscription invoice numbering, dates, tax detail, currency, and available downloads. Open the provider-hosted document to verify those fields; do not rely on a universal schedule or format described in Help.
